How do you clean up a damage in a commercial building?

When a building is flooded it takes a lot of work to get it ready for restoration. It also depends on the type of damage. Flood water from outside or from a ceiling needs to be mitigated by removing the wet materials that had soaked up water.

The after picture for this commercial building had to have the last two feet of drywall removed. The technicians then sprayed the whole area with an EPA registered disinfectant to remove all bacteria from the daycare.

With the water removed, building materials dried and the place disinfected we can now start the rebuilding process.
