Mike explained each aspect of the clean-up and kept me informed of new developments. The team was considerate of my schedule and my pets. This was a stressful situation for me and I had little experience dealing with insurance adjusters, conflicting bids from plumbers, and advice from neighbors. I especially appreciated that Mike discussed options and shared his opinions when I asked for them. I recommend SERVPRO without hesitation. Thanks for a job well done.
